By accessing this site, browsing production slates, or transmitting project dossiers via our inquiry channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Creative Pitches & Submissions Policy

To protect both creators and the studio from unintended overlaps with projects already in development:

• Ownership: Submitting a screenplay, logline, treatment, or creative dossier does not transfer intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your original copyright under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
• Independent Development: You acknowledge that Western Valley Studios actively develops original stories, scripts, and concepts. Similar themes, settings, or premises developed independently by our guild do not constitute infringement or breach of confidence.
• No Obligation: Review of submitted material does not establish a partnership, agency, employment, or production commitment until formal written agreements are executed.

3. Intellectual Property of Western Valley Studios

All trademarks, trade names, crests, logos, banners, preview trailers, loglines, and visual assets displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Western Valley Studios and Western Valley Group. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Compliance with Indian Digital & IT Laws

This portal operates in full compliance with:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000 (and applicable amendments).
